BOARD VACANCY – TRUSTEE AREA 1
On Monday, August 18, 2025, South Whittier School District will begin accepting nominations and applications from South Whittier community members who live within our trustee area map to fill a vacant seat within the Board of Education. The application window OPENS on August 18, 2025 and CLOSES on August 29, 2025 at 5:00PM. The vacant seat is for Trustee Area 1 and the appointed candidate will serve on the Board of Education through December 2026 when the term expires.
